The hotel was very close to the train station, allowing easy access with luggage. The staff provided excellent service, including a complimentary room upgrade and helpful front desk assistance. Rooms were spacious, clean, and offered spectacular views of the Matterhorn. Breakfast featured a wide variety of tasty options. Facilities included a pool, sauna, locker rooms with showers, and changing areas available after checkout.
