The hotel was situated just a 1-2 minute walk from the Zermatt train station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were spacious, stylishly decorated, and offered views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options such as vegan and gluten-free dishes, fresh juices, and good coffee. The spa area and pool were clean and relaxing. Staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout the stay.
