Definitely one of the spots to stay in Zermatt. Feels like a boutique hotel, really well placed, just steps from one of the main lifts. Rooms were spacious with balconies looking out at the mystic Matterhorn. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time, and breakfast was very good.
