Mario was a super host and very helpful, the chalet was clean, cozy, recently renovated with new kitchenware and had a magnificent Matterhorn view from the balcony, it had laundry on site with coin-operated machines and a small European fridge/freezer requiring multiple grocery trips or deliveries, while the free skibus stopped less than 100 meters away in a quieter part of Zermatt yet close to the town center.
