The Omnia Zermatt

The Omnia is a hotel perched on a rock 45 metres above central Zermatt, accessible via a tunnel and elevator that leads directly to the lobby. It offers guests refined international cuisine on its restaurant terrace and provides views of the Matterhorn Mountain or Zermatt from private balconies.

Guest rooms vary in size and layout, featuring elegant modern design with beds longer than two metres, walk-in closets, safes, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, and bathrooms equipped with showers or bathtubs. Some suites include living areas with sofas, fireplaces, telescopes, chaise lounges, dressing rooms, and multiple bathrooms. Rooms come with seating areas and offer enhanced soundproofing options.

Leisure facilities at The Omnia include an indoor swimming pool alongside a spa area offering various treatments such as massages and cosmetic services to help guests unwind after mountain activities. A mini-golf course is also available within the property.

The hotel provides wireless internet throughout the building free of charge and includes amenities like slippers in guest accommodations. Guests can enjoy chocolates or cookies and complimentary bottled water upon arrival. Dining convenience is supported by room service while fruit is provided in each room. Practical features such as daily cleaning (with optional non-cleaning), wake-up service, ski pass sales on site, bike tours arranged at reception plus an airport shuttle complement guest needs.

For transport convenience The Omnia operates its own taxi service between Zermatt railway station or heliport as well as arranging shuttles to airports. The winter sports area lies within a 15-minute walk or reachable by electric buses or taxis from the hotel location.
