We found the apartments beautiful, with amazing views of the Matterhorn, and the setting felt quiet and intimate, almost as if we were the only ones there. There were many finishing touches that lifted the experience, and Carmen welcomed us on arrival and looked after us from beginning to end. She was exceptional.
