The hotel boasts an amazing location with spectacular, unrestricted views of the Matterhorn from both rooms and restaurant. The spa is newly renovated, offering a wonderful place to relax complemented by skilled massage therapists. Breakfast and dinner menus are of very high quality, served by friendly and helpful staff including attentive reception personnel. Spacious rooms feature really comfortable large beds and the property provides an electric car service for convenient transport to the train station.

Nice hotel in Zermatt, close to the train station. View of Matterhorn from rooms and restaurant. Breakfast was good, dinner too. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Shuara and Tania. Room spacious with big bed, clean. Electric car service available for transport to station. Overall relaxing stay with great scenery outside window.
