hotel was fab…really nice spot.5 min walk to train station,easy to get around.that spa tho…best in town,no joke.Outdoor jacuzzi?Yes please.Kids loved the pool too.That felt nice.And staff?Super friendly,helpful with local tips,arranged shuttle even…which is always a plus.Rooms were big,clean,with that killer Matterhorn view…wow.And the massage?Great,definite bonus.Only thing,carpet floors in room kinda meh,wet and smelled a bit.But hey,in my book,not a dealbreaker.Breakfast was nice,good start to day.Music playing everywhere,outside garden too,which was chill.Ski room and games room was cool,with pingpong, baby foot…really fun.Garden terrace lovely,but watch out for food smells if you’re near restaurant.That’s annoying.But overall?Excellent location,great facilities…really cozy and clean.No question about it,would go back!
