Zermatt is car-free. Access for private cars is only possible as far as Täsch (about 6 km from Zermatt). The road between Täsch and Zermatt is closed to private transport. From Täsch, there is a shuttle train service, the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn, every 20 minutes.

Please note that the hotel offers free transfers from and to the train station, the taxi stand or the Zermatt Heliport from 08:00 to 19:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival if they wish to make use of this service.

The location was perfect, close to the town center with tasteful decorations throughout. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection that was highly appreciated.
