The hotel offered spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and private balconies. The Matterhorn was visible from the room, restaurant, breakfast area, and outdoor pool. Facilities included a fantastic spa with a snow room and a well-equipped gym. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Transfer transportation to the train station was provided by the hotel.
