The hotel provided spacious, modern rooms with balconies offering stunning views of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was excellent, served with attention to detail and personalized table settings. The location was quiet and relaxing, about a 10-minute walk from the center. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including a team member who arranged transportation to and from the station. The lodge featured well-maintained facilities in a clean environment.
