The hotel featured a world-class, three-level modern spa with several pools, numerous saunas, and a cold plunge after the sauna. Breakfast included a made-to-order omelet station and a juice bar for fresh blends. The rooms were modern, clean, and offered views of the Matterhorn from balconies. Staff demonstrated professionalism and warmth throughout all interactions. Spa treatments were highly recommended by guests.
