The hotel was located in the centre of Zermatt, conveniently next to the railway station. Public areas featured quirky and comfortable seating arrangements. The restaurant offered an exquisite, delicious, and varied menu daily. Staff across all areas were delightful and helpful, especially in the restaurant and bar. Rooms were spacious with high-quality toiletries provided. The breakfast included a wide selection of fresh items with custom-made eggs at the hot counter.
