The hotel featured a clean and spacious studio with a well-designed interior. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was consistently great, offering a wide spread with coffee and tea available anytime. The central location provided easy access to the train station and stunning views of the Matterhorn. The spa area, including a jacuzzi, was used every evening as an added bonus.
