The hotel was cozy, warm, and full of good vibes with a great first impression of Zermatt. The location was very close to the train station yet quiet, offering wonderful mountain views. Rooms were large, modern, impeccably clean, and featured timber decor. Breakfast included a delicious buffet with hot and cold options served in a lovely room off reception. Some rooms had balconies with partial or direct views of the Matterhorn.
