Rooms were clean, comfortable, and up to date with effective heating that maintained warmth even during snowy mornings. The location offered spectacular views of the Matterhorn and was conveniently close to cable cars for easy access to Klein Matterhorn and Glacier Paradise. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided helpful information about local attractions. Breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious options. A free minibus service connected the hotel with the center of Zermatt within 10 minutes.
