Exceptional cleanliness and a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, pots, pans, tape, scissors, and a sewing kit were in the apartment. The balcony was huge and wrapped around the property with reclining chairs and foot stools for resting. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to messages. The location was very close to Zermatt train station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and attractions with easy access to ski gondolas by bus from the main station.
