The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated in a contemporary style with comfortable beds and loads of hot water. The kitchen had a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher which made it easy to enjoy meals. The balcony was lovely with late afternoon sun and panoramic views of Zermatt, the town, mountains, and magnificent Matterhorn. Casey was very helpful and sincere in making the stay comfortable. There were 134 steep stairs to the apartment located at the top but porter service was available for a fee.
