The apartment was very spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the Matterhorn. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and even met guests at the train station to assist with settling in. Facilities included multiple bathrooms, a balcony with mountain views, a laundry room, and a small spa available for guest use. The location provided easy access to stores and the gondola station. Late check-out options accommodated travel schedules efficiently.
