The hotel featured well-designed rooms with a chic ambiance and was easily accessible from Zermatt station. The breakfast selection included a variety of breads and cheeses, which was highly praised. Staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. The location offered great views of the Matterhorn, with some rooms facing nature and surrounding mountains rather than the town. A restaurant was conveniently attached to the property.
