Super clean, well equipped studio with a fully functional kitchen and bathroom, smart TV, umbrella, iron and ironing board were there. Vreni was helpful showing how to use the communal laundry facilities and the hostess was super sweet and available for questions. The welcome bottle of wine, Toblerone, sweets and bottled water with Matterhorn shaped base were nice touches. Location was excellent close to the main strip, train station and walking distance to everything in Zermatt. Lockers for snowboarding gear on the base level were also available.
