The front desk consistently greeted guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, often featuring balconies with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Staff demonstrated friendliness and extensive local knowledge while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of a family-run establishment. Daily housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards throughout the stay.
