Judith Bauer was very kind, helpful, and accommodating with excellent communication and thoughtful touches like a welcome cake and birthday surprise. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, well stocked with great amenities, spacious bathrooms, and had superb views of the Matterhorn from the patio and one bedroom, its location was perfect across the street from the main gondola lift and close to restaurants and ski rental shops in Zermatt.
