Stunning view from the balcony and great location were highlights, but the apartment was in a separate building requiring a car ride with Paolo as driver to reach it. The bathroom had rusty drains, some lights did not work, and the fridge was filthy with yellow grime on top. The ski room was just an electrical cupboard without space for boots, and one bedroom heater didn’t work. Stairs were completely dark without trash bags or disposal instructions. Basic supplies like coffee, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, and soap were stocked.
