The apartment was spacious with stylish finishes and a large balcony that had breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The host was kind and responsive, greeted us personally even in cold weather, and communication was smooth. The apartment was very clean, fully furnished with cooking utensils that were clean and not stained, had enough heating to warm up the house, and was easy to access from Zermatt train station within a 5-10 minute walk.
