The apartment was located directly opposite the Zermatt train station and Gornergrat railway, providing exceptional convenience. It featured two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large balconies with seating arrangements. The flat was very well equipped with a full kitchen and spotless cleanliness throughout. Shopping was made easy by the Coop supermarket directly beneath the flat and a Migros nearby within walking distance. Late checkout was allowed free of charge by the kind owner.
