Arrival:

IMPORTANT: Zermatt is car-free.

The car must be parked in Täsch (5km before Zermatt).

You can take the shuttle train or a cab from Täsch to Zermatt.

Getting to the chalets:

Summer: The electric cab (at your expense) can drive to the chalets in summer.

Winter: The electric cab (at your expense) cannot drive to the chalets in winter.

You will be taken to the adjacent hiking trail, from where you can reach the chalets by foot in around 5 minutes.

Please note that this is a hiking trail which is not asphalted.

We will transport your luggage from the hiking trail to the chalets.

We are not a hotel and therefore not always on site.

For this reason, you must let us know your arrival time in advance.

Otherwise there may be longer waiting times.

Breakfast: A daily breakfast delivery (extra cost) can be booked in advance directly through the accommodation as an additional service.
